In the throttle valve, the multi-layer cage sleeve has the functions of anti-cavitation, noise reduction and vibration avoidance. Different types of cage sleeves are selected for different working conditions, and the flow rate and noise conditions are reasonably controlled within a reasonable range. Under harsh conditions, the petrochemical industry (such as liquid pressure drop >150bar or containing granular impurities) has erosion, corrosion, flash, cavitation, etc., tungsten carbide valve internals are recommended.
